Super Swoldier Fitness was originally founded in 2018 by Trainer and Fitness Entrepreneur Jake Dussinger. The brand was created to inspire others to workout and help them overcome any obstacle in the way. Thus, Mobile Personal Training is offered to adults, kids, couples and pairs around Denver, Colorado. Your trainer saves you the time and hassle by coming to you. As a client you can expect super convenient service, 5-star training, and top-notch value.

The mission has and always will be to help others become the best they can be. That is accomplished by providing convenient, effective, and dynamic service that is personalized to every individual.

CONVENIENCE

Lets face it, if there are obstacles in the way between you and the gym then you're likely to NOT workout. Your trainer will bring the workout to you and make it easier to commit. The easier it is to commit the more consistent you'll be.

MOTIVATION

It's hard to get motivated to workout, especially when you're on your own and not making progress. With a trainer, you'll have a friendly and inspiring person, by your side, helping you make consistent progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Everyone knows that you'll never push yourself as hard as you would working out with someone else. Having a trainer by your side will keep you in check. You will also have access to the Super Swoldier App to help you stay on track.

GUIDANCE

No one likes to waste time, but unfortunately many train with no direction and not enough stimulus to create change. We all need to dedicate time to fitness, and with the help of an experienced trainer you'll make the most of your time.

WEIGHT LOSS

In order to lose weight you have to be in a caloric deficit. That means you need to be burning more calories than you're consuming. We can accomplish this by increasing the amount of calories burned via training, consuming fewer calories on a daily basis, and using other tricks to help accelerate your metabolism. It will require some discipline and patience, but it will all be worth it for better health and a leaner body.

MUSCLE BUILDING

In order to build muscle and/or gain mass you have to be in a caloric surplus. That means you need to be consuming more calories than you're burning. You might build some muscle on a deficit, but it's more efficient to do so on a surplus. We can accomplish this by training specifically for strength and hypertrophy, increasing your caloric intake, and making sure you get adequate recovering.

ENDURANCE & MOVEMENT

PHASE 1

The first step to an effective workout routine is to build your work capacity. If you're not mobile enough to perform certain movements, or if you get fatigued easily then your body will always be held back from training to its fullest potential. That makes it essential to work on proper movement, endurance, and conditioning right from the get go.

HYPERTROPHY & STRENGTH

PHASE 2

The second progression is to develop strength and build muscle (hypertrophy). Muscle and strength have a direct correlation. Whether you want to gain size or lose weight, it's important that you get stronger. A body that can do more than it could before will NOT look the same, and with an appropriate diet you can shape it however you want.

POWER & SPEED

PHASE 3

In what capacity a person reaches this phase really depends on their individual goals and needs. An athlete might benefit from spending more time here whereas a client who recently had an injury might not. Nonetheless, this is the phase where you reach your full potential by developing maximum power and lightning speed. 

MY STORY

THE JOURNEY TO BECOME MORE 

Growing up in Chicago I was surrounded by sports from a young age. As a child my father instilled in me the desire to be a multi-sport athlete. Unfortunately, cancer took him very early. After his passing my family and I moved to Denver. I had a choice: either suffer and let grief overtake me or thrive and become more.

I discovered exercise. I had a burning desire to learn fitness, not simply how to workout my body, but the science and technique behind training. I spent all my free time studying and researching different methods. I researched athletes, bodybuilders, and even movie stars. I studied some of the most powerful training philosophies in the world and spent countless hours in the gym. I saved some money and invested in a home gym.

I was a small kid but suddenly I was growing. People noticed. Kids noticed. They started asking me questions about working out. I invited them over to train with me and started teaching them what I was learning. I made great friends. My path was cemented. I wanted to help people find their power within, just like I did during those hard times after my father's passing. I gathered the proper credentials. I met amazing mentors. I became a personal trainer. I accomplished what I set out to do. The universe works in mysterious ways. An early tragedy in my life led me to discover meaning and purpose. This is my calling. My new goal is to share my experiences and insight around training and fitness for the rest of my life with all who will give me the honor of doing so.
