Current training clients receive complimentary access to the invite-only app in addition to their in-person training.

Your trainer will create workouts based on your goals and plug them into the app so you have them on your phone.

Did you forget how to do an exercise? No need to worry! Each exercise includes a video demonstration.

If there's a certain tip or trick your trainer wants you to know you then it'll be attached to an exercise or workout.
