Did you forget how to do an exercise? No need to worry! Each exercise includes a video demonstration.

  • How much does it cost?
    Because this is a mobile service in which your trainer travels to you, prices are based on your location and the frequency at which you train each week. The more sessions the more cost effective it is. Call to receive a quote and request a complimentary trial.
  • Where do we train?
    At your house! No more hassle, obstacles, hurdles, inconveniences, or excuses! The workout comes to you. The top reason people have inconsistent workout routines is due to a convenience-related issue. NOT ANYMORE! As long as you have an adequate space such as a basement, open room, garage, or home gym then this will work efficiently. The goal is to make it easier for you to commit. The easier it is to commit, then the more consistent you'll be...and the more consistent you are the better the results. Lets be honest, life happens and things get in the way. But, that's still no excuse to not get in the best shape of your life. All you have to do is put on your workout clothes and go to your personalized workout area in the comfort of your own home!
  • What equipment do I need?
    Equipment will be dependent on your goals. Is your goal to lose weight, build muscle, improve your movement, train for a sport or a special event? There are so many variables to consider. Regardless of what your goals are, you can get an AMAZING workout with very minimal equipment. In fact, your own bodyweight oftentimes is more than sufficient. With that being said, your trainer will give you an equipment list, as well as bring several pieces to your sessions to train with. Call and receive more information about what will work best for you!
  • What kind of people do you train?
    Adults, kids, couples and pairs are all welcomed. For adults, all ages and fitness levels are welcomed. Training will be tailored to your lifestyle, special accommodations, interests, and goals. For kids, all fitness levels and ages 8 and up are welcomed. Training will be based around teaching them the core principles of working out, and building a strong foundation. Couples and pairs can be customized. Spouses, family members, friends, or whoever else would like to train with you. If you're a parent looking to train, and are also interested in having your child workout, you're able to train together. Sessions will be structured to accommodate both people.
  • Is it ok for my child to workout?
    Yes! In fact, it's a BIG part of Super Swoldier Fitness. Teaching kids to workout is awesome because they have greater potential to make lifelong progress starting earlier. Of course, how they exercise needs to be appropriate based on their age and fitness level, which is why the recommended age is 8 and up. Nevertheless exercise is motion, and kids need to be moving! It may feel a little unorthodox for them at first because structured workout routines aren't standard issue in most schools. But, just like any sport, once they learn it they'll get better and better. Fitness has tremendous carryover to anything in life whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally. Working out will give your child the strength and power to overcome challenges, and it'll help them build healthy habits. Whether they're an athlete or just need to get more active, you can give them an edge and set them up for success for the rest of their life! And if you as the parent would like to workout with them then you're more than welcome to as well.
  • What is the app?
    The Super Swoldier Workout App is complimentary for current training clients. It's purpose is to provide workouts and additional guidance in between sessions with your trainer. The app allows you to have an exact plan to follow. You'll receive specific workouts, video demonstrations, trainer notes, a training calendar, and much more! Along with the app, you may call or text your trainer whenever you need for additional help.
